23rd Annual Sturgeon For Tomorrow Banquet

Proceeds from this signature event will be utilized to fund lake sturgeon research, streamside rearing/hatchery, habitat conservation, Sturgeon in the Classroom and education-outreach programming.
STURGEON FOR TOMORROW will host their 23rd Annual Banquet on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Cheboygan. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with dinner served at 6:00 p.m. Bob Garner is the master of ceremonies. Doug Larson Lead Research Technician is our featured speaker and we will hear about the 2022 field season.
Activities for this year's event include raffles, games, silent auction, door prizes, a youth, woman's and men's drawing and cash bar. Prizes include a huge array of firearms, hunting, fishing and camping equipment, signature wildlife prints, decoys, and exclusive outdoor decor.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND will be our Artisan Gallery of exclusive, one of kind handmade items. Artists and craftsmen and women are encouraged to showcase their art to a collective audience while investing their works for auction and game prizes. Artisan Gallery donations are tax deductible. Certificates were presented to Sturgeon Guarding Program volunteer coordinators and sturgeon ambassadors in recognition of their spirit of volunteerismandcommitment to the improved quality of life for the people of the state of Michigan and to the conservation and protection of the state threatened lake sturgeon.
